Update for April 19^th launch:

Park county is still under a stage 2 fire ban and there is no significant moisture expected today and Saturday so I am cancelling the Sunday launch at Hartsel. We have a backup launch date for next Sunday (4/26). Lets hope we get some signiicant moisture soon.
